Ticketing Services Manager

The Tivoli Theatre Foundation in Chattanooga, TN, is looking for a Ticketing Services Manager to provide operational and technical support to the Business Manager across all venues.  The Ticketing Services Manager primary responsibility is assisting in the creation and functionality of ticketed events, overseeing the audit of incoming revenue as it relates to tickets, and servicing other requests as needed.

Days/Hours: Variable schedule including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours as needed.

The Tivoli Theatre Foundation in Chattanooga, TN, is looking for a Ticketing Services Manager to provide operational and technical support to the Business Manager across all venues.  The Ticketing Services Manager primary responsibility is assisting in the creation and functionality of ticketed events, overseeing the audit of incoming revenue as it relates to tickets, and servicing other requests as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Build and maintain events on the Ticketmaster system, including ticket inventory, offers, discounts, holds, marketing request, and promoter needs as assigned.

· Manage, update, and troubleshoot the ticketing system as required.

· Create scaling and event diagrams and distribute to box office, Ticketmaster, and promoters as needed.

· Assist the Business Manager with managing Box Office operations for approximately 150+ events per year; including night of show duties. (settlement, guest relations, staffing, etc.).

· Responsible for daily reporting, ticket office receipts, show reporting, chargeback resolutions, and additional accounting responsibilities as assigned.

· Assist with coordination of Box Office, including scheduling, guest relations, and staffing.

· Work closely with internal departments to provide analytics and data to measure effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, trends, and future opportunities.

· In the absence of the Box Office management, manage the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Office, including the Ticket Office personnel.

· Represent the department in meetings as assigned

· Other duties as directed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

· Bachelor's Degree preferred.

· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a ticketing environment.

· Experience working with ticketing software (preferably Ticketmaster)

· Experience working Microsoft Office Products

· Some management experience

WORKING CONDITIONS

· Should be able to remain stationary for long periods of time.

· Should be able to traverse venue, including moving between floors.

· Must be Able to lift a moderate amount of weight such as files and marketing materials.

· Must be able to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screening and background check.
