Where do I park?
Meter parking is available on the surrounding streets at both the Tivoli Theatre and Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Auditorium. Meters are enforced by the Chattanooga Parking Authority Monday through Saturday between 8am & 6pm.
Please note: citations for parking in unlawful parking areas (bus zones, parking zones, yellow curb, double parking, no parking areas, handicap spaces, etc.) are enforceable 24 hours/7 days.
Republic Parking lots are located conveniently near both the Tivoli Theatre (Chestnut Street parking lot) and Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Auditorium (McCallie Avenue parking lots).
Is public transit available?
Yes, Chattanooga has a progressive downtown public transit system with several options:
There are bus stops near both the Tivoli Theatre and Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Auditorium. Take the #4 Bus to/from Downtown/Eastgate/Hamilton Place or take the #15 Bus to/from St. Elmo.

I lost my tickets and/or I need to re-print my tickets. How do I do that?
Please email your reprint ticket requests directly to ticketmaster.com or request pick-up at the box office during regular business hours or on day of show. Tickets are non-transferrable and only available to be reissued or picked up by the original purchaser with valid picture ID and the credit card the tickets were purchased under.
I won tickets through a promotion. Where do I pick them up?
Promotional tickets are available to pick up at the WILL CALL window under your name on the day of the show.
I am a member of the media. How do I get access for photos, videos, and/or interviews?
Please send an email 48 hours in advance of a show to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request for a media pass, photos, videos, and/or interviews. You will receive an email response if your request is approved by the show promoter. For security reasons, members of the media will not be admitted at the door the day of the show if prior arrangements have not been made.
I am a member of the general public and want to bring my camera. What is the general public photo, audio, and video policy?
Unless you are a member of the media and have received pre-approved access to take photos and/or video, no cameras, video, or audio recordings are allowed, unless otherwise posted, with the exception of graduations and school programs.
What kinds of concessions are available?
The Tivoli Theatre and Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Auditorium offer a full bar with mixed drinks, wine, and beer selections, and refreshments.

As stated on the back of ticket stubs: No cameras, movie cameras, tape recorder, video recording devices, cans, bottles, ice chests, food, alcoholic beverages, fireworks, illegal substances or weapons will be permitted at activities where this ticket is presented for admission. The presenter of this ticket consents to a reasonable search for such items before entering. These are smoke free facilities – no smoking permitted. Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in non-admission or expulsion. The City of Chattanooga is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be stolen, counterfeit or lost tickets and if so may be seized and cancelled without compensation. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Third Party Ticket Policy
To ensure that your tickets are valid and that you are only paying face value, please purchase directly from our website, Ticketmaster (800)745-3000, or the Tivoli Theatre Box Office rather than a ticket broker or unauthorized third party. Tickets are subject to cancellation if suspected of scalping or violating ticket limits for all events.
Service Fee Policy
Service fees are charged in addition to the advertised ticket price and will vary depending on the purchase method. Service fees cover the costs of operating a box office, including staffing, software licensing, and shipping/handling and credit card processing fees.
What is the refund or exchange policy for cancelled shows or inclement weather?
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, credit card refunds will be processed within 48 hours and cash purchases are available for refund by contacting the Auditorium box office at (423) 757-5580. In cases where the event has been rescheduled, all previously purchased tickets will be honored at the new date with no action necessary by the patron.
All ticketed events are to be held regardless of weather conditions. The event promoter will make the final determination of cancellation or refund availability. Refunds for rescheduled shows will be provided only with the venue’s or promoter’s approval.
